Our 2022 Film Festival
The 2022 North Bellarine Film Festival was our most successful yet with great involvement from our emerging filmmakers, new sponsors and increased audiences. Our opening film, High Ground was universally received as an excellent film which had a profound, emotional engagement with the audience.
We also had great support from the media in the run up to the event.
See the details below.

OPENING NIGHT
Kick the festival off in style and meet other like-minded art film lovers.
Start with finger food from Pier Street Café and a wine or beer from the bar (drinks at bar prices) before moving into the theatre for the official festival opening and the screening of highly acclaimed Australian film, High Ground.

EMERGING FILMMAKERS AWARD NIGHT
This is a session open to the public and the finalists in the Emerging Filmmakers Award.
This is an exciting night where the finalists in the award get to see their films on a large screen in front of a live audience. For most of the filmmakers this is the first time that their films have been screened in a theatre.
Be there and give them the support that they have earned and at the same time see some wonderful short films and share in the enthusiasm of the night.
